Kingdom Community Life Care Ltd (KCLC) has played a pivotal role in offering communitybased supports and services, particularly focusing on engaging youth through vocational education and training, aimed at paving pathways to employment. Key to these efforts has been the Community Learner Drivers Program, which continues to address the needs of youth and young adults from multicultural backgrounds, helping them overcome barriers to obtain learner licenses. This initiative, along with vocational courses offered in various educational settings, is designed to facilitate smoother transitions into the workforce, highlighting KCLC's commitment to empowering individuals with the skills and credentials necessary for societal participation and job acquisition. Further enriching its portfolio of community contributions, KCLC has initiated several impactful programs. These include collaborations with a local Gold Coast National Disabilities offeror for inhome disability and aged care, reflect a strategic approach to fostering economic selfsufficiency and enhancing the quality of community care. Working with a small group of persons requiring care, this has been assisted through extensive pastoral care services. The same pastoral services are deployed to support the educational and personal development of particular disadvantaged students through the Feeding Logan program. This program addresses the challenges of living costs and homelessness. Additionally, KCLC's efforts to create employment opportunities through the development of cooperative business models. Whilst not supported financially, this has remained a focus of the Charity. These initiatives underscore KCLC's holistic approach to community service, emphasizing both immediate support and longterm sustainability.
