KGT Employment works collectively with any trainee, apprentice and participants that are registered with our Organisation. Our client base would be 90% first nations people from the Kimberley Region and groups from other areas where they have relocated from. Support and referrals were and continue to be provided for a various range of options and barriers that need to be addressed to assist out clients in securing and gaining employment and maintaining employment. The range of referral supports being to service providers in the Kimberley region. A number of our trainees and apprentices have successfully completed their qualifications and have gone onto fulltime employment with host organisations.
