Charity has been working and providing support services directly or indirectly through service delivery partners to people with disability. The work included but not limited to personal care and hygiene; feeding and meal preparation; mobility and exercising; medication administration; assistance with medical/therapy appointments; undertaking domestic duties and general housekeeping (including yard maintenance); assistance with transport and access to support groups and otherwise facilitating participation in the wider community. Our work allows people with disability and aged people to live their best life and to full potential. Our work has ensured people with disability receive critical supports which are reliable, flexible and person centred.
