Keilor Historical SocietyRegistered

The Keilor Historical Society (KHS) plays a vital role in preserving and promoting Keilor s rich history. Since its establishment in 1988, KHS has been committed to ensuring that the stories, artifacts, and historical sites of Keilor are safeguarded for future generations. The society, led by a dedicated volunteer committee, achieves its mission through active research, archiving, and the display of historical collections. Regular meetings, both inperson and online, provide opportunities for community engagement and education. By maintaining an accessible collection and hosting events, KHS fosters public interest in local history, ensuring that Keilor s heritage remains an integral part of the community s identity.
