We provided financial, administrative, and coordination support to Aboriginalled entities in Western Australia to empower Traditional Owners and their communities to care for their sandalwood lands and enhance their wellbeing. Our programs focused on alleviating economic disadvantage and preserving cultural heritage through capabilitybuilding initiatives such as training rangers and Traditional Owners in sustainable land management practices, providing vocational training opportunities for community members to build skills, engage in cultural exchanges, increase employment prospects, and strengthen community resilience.
