Joining Families Support Services Incorporated

Joining Families Support Services provides counselling, support, and various services to children, young people, teenagers, families, and individuals who may be at risk due to financial or familyrelated pressures. These pressures can include the risk of dropping out of school, illness, destitution, helplessness, suffering, or misfortune. We also offer emergency relief services to our target clients by distributing food hampers. Additionally, we run a Youth Mentoring Program, which connects participants with mentors for guidance and support. Our services include providing respite for children in outofhome care, operating a Residential Respite House, and organizing school holiday camps for these children. We distribute food hampers to vulnerable members of our community, conduct home visits, case manage clients, and refer them to other service providers for further support.
