1. Facilitated secondment programs between our Corporate and Government partners and the Indigenous communities we work with. This resulted in: a. 333 (317 inplace & 22 virtual) secondments in Cape York (QLD), Goulburn Murray (VIC), Inner Sydney (NSW), East Kimberley (WA), West Kimberley (WA), South West Australia (WA), Pilbara (WA), Central Coast (NSW), North East Arnhem Land (NT), Central Australia (NT), Lower River Murray, Lakes and Coorong (SA), and Far West Coast (SA) regions. b. Inkind support of approximately $15.4 million to our 12 partner regions. c. Support to 91 Indigenous organisations within Jawun regions with secondees from 28 corporate and government partners. d. A high level of satisfaction among Indigenous partners: 100% of Indigenous partner respondents were Very Satisfied or Satisfied with the secondment s support to their organisation; and 99% felt the secondment would help to improve the outcomes delivered by the organisation over time. e. A strong focus on skills transfer as part of secondments, reflected successfully in postsecondment surveys: 100% of Indigenous partner organisations felt skills had been transferred during the secondment. f. Strong support for 'twoway learning', with 98% of secondees more motivated to actively follow and learn more about Indigenous affairs following their secondment; 99% of secondees felt their secondment improved their understanding of Indigenous people/contexts and 100% of secondees felt the secondment improved their personal and professional effectiveness. g. Support to Empowered Communities reform initiative through logistical and strategic support, plus deployment of 42 secondments to regions to assist regional backbone organisations to articulate/implement Development Agendas with a focus on joint decisionmaking. h. Facilitation of connections between Indigenous and nonIndigenous women in the Stories of Female Leadership (SoFL) network, which now has 426 members (131 Indigenous). There was 1 SoFL Dialogue (preReferendum), 1 SOFL event, and 1 SOFL gathering at Garma Festival. i. Provision of leadership development initiatives: 42 participants in Jawun Changemaking (formerly leadership) programs, and an additional 61 leaders supported through corporate immersions and Leader to Leader events. j. 9 Executive Visits to Indigenous regions supported by Jawun, connecting 115 corporate, government and philanthropic executives firsthand to Indigenousled placebased reform. k. Fostering of network and relationship building through: CEO/Executive Visits, ongoing engagement with the corporate sector, and regular engagement and reporting to the Federal Government.
