Our annual film festival, Indonesian Film Festival, has helped nurture a more intimate bilateral relationship between Australian and Indonesian Communities Our educational screening promotes the study of Indonesian language and culture in Australia through films. Our movie screenings have helped encourage an active discourse between Indonesian filmmakers, the local filmmaking community and the festival audience thereby fostering a deeper appreciation of Indonesian film, filmmaking and the broader aspect of Indonesian society and culture.
