We provided palliative care support to individuals and carers dealing with a lifelimiting illness. We provided grief, loss and bereavement counselling to those in need in our community. We trained volunteers to support those in our community with lifelimiting illnesses. We established close working relationships with key stakeholders to improve the wellbeing of members in our community who are elderly. We provided respite and emotional support to caregivers.
