The charity's primary activity is to engage stakeholders in the government, corporate and community sectors to implement the organisations strategy. The strategy and related activities go to the purpose of our organisation to grow the market for impact investments that generate positive social and environmental outcomes alongside a financial return. It is expected this will increases the resources available to the community sector and improve its viability as well as support social enterprises and social innovation. In the current financial year, one of the charity's primary activities was to set up the Social Enterprise Development Initiative grants program, with funds secured from the Commonwealth Department of Social Services (DSS).
