Residential Care: Impact was funded to provide care for children and young people under the age of 18 years in Out of Home care under the care and protection of the Minister for Community Services (NSW). Impact has supported these children and young people holistically, with every need being assessed and responded to with a purposeful plan to address that particular need. The day to day care and support includes (but not limited to) accommodation, 24/7 staffing by qualified professionals, therapy and support with education. Disability Support: Impact provides a range of support for people who live with a disability and require specific support to allow them to live their life to its full potential. The supports include Supported Independent Living (SIL) which sees Impact source property and act as the Head Lessor and at the same time provide staff to support Participants with their identified activities which may include, but not limited to: Cleaning, Cooking, Budgeting, Social Contact, Attending Appointments, Applying for Employment or Courses. Impact also provides direct scheduled support to individuals which need general guidance to help them keep on track to achieve their specific goals.
