This year, we successfully delivered 34 small group mentoring programs to students from lowsocioeconomic backgrounds across high schools in the Perth Metropolitan area. Additionally, we conducted a threeday regional outreach trip to Merredin in June, where our dedicated volunteers facilitated 12 hours of our Resilience program, reaching over 110 students at Merredin College. Through our three core programs, Resilience, EAL, and Careers we focused on enhancing student selfconfidence and developing essential soft skills. Our mission to equip students with the confidence and tools to pursue exciting career pathways was demonstrated during two excursions to UWA and Curtin University. These outings offered students valuable insights into potential career paths and further study opportunities, leaving them inspired and enthusiastic about their future prospects.
