Thanks to our caring and generous donors we continued to support both metropolitan and regional grandcarer families by sponsoring the grandchildren they are raising to participate in 137 activities of their choice this financial year. Grandparents reported pleasing changes in the attitude and behaviour, improvement in selfesteem and some outstanding achievements in those children who participated. More: https://www.facebook.com/wedaredream We provided a Mothers Day Morning Tea attended by 36 grandmothers living in the metropolitan area, and in October a National Grandparents Day Celebration Lunch and Activities to foster community and social connection.
