Provide assistance and support to people with disabilities to enable them to achieve their personal goals and become a active/participating member of their communites across the South Burnett and in the indigenous community of Cherbourg. 2. Provide support to people with disabilities in their own home which maintains their independence and selfworth. 3. Provide information and networks to people with disabilities and their families that encourage selfdevelopment, confidence, knowledge and forward planning in the NDIS Funding System.
