Affordable housing and services: We provide a range of housing options to meet the needs of individuals and their families that include crisis, transitional and affordable housing. We have locally based tenancy, maintenance and support coordination teams that provide a range of services to support individuals and their families to sustain their tenancies, empower individuals, and deliver support that effectively meets their needs. Postrelease service: Our postrelease service provides up to 12 weeks support for offenders under the supervision of Community Corrections who are at mediumhigh risk of reoffending. Our service works with offenders to access support services, and engage in education, employment and prosocial activities in the community, to reduce reoffending. Specialist Disability Home modifications: Our home modifications service aims to improve the lives of people with disability by undertaking governmentsubsidized home modifications that support individuals to remain in their homes. Employment pathways: We support social housing tenants and their household members to access practical and financial assistance, training and work opportunities. to help them prepare for employment, find a job, work more hours or improve their employment options.
