House of Darwin Foundation is a charity organisation committed to creating positive change and improving the lives of individuals in communities around the Northern Territory, Australia. We are dedicated to making a meaningful impact and creating lasting change in the Territory. House of Darwin Foundation's mission is to empower communities through sports, education and social initiatives with a particular focus on our Hoop Dreams in the NT program, refurbishing community basketball courts with a community centred mural that aims to promote positive health outcomes and wellbeing through the use of these spaces.
