We provide equineassisted programs to serving and exserving defence personnel and first responders who have incurred posttraumatic stress injuries from protecting our nation and serving our community. Our programs teach horsemanship skills to participants to assist them to find hope when they have experienced mental health challenges from serving. Part of the objective of the program is to retrain and regime exracehorses that are also traumatised and this mutual healing between hero and horse is a powerful impact. Programs took place at Sutton Forest, NSW.
