we now regularly provide to over 150 child protection services. We were able to reach 5,427 young people entering OutOfHome Care, gifting them with a suitcase full of essential items to call their own. Reminding them that they are loved, Worthy, and they do matter. In turn, helping to empower them, build resilience, and improve overall mental health. We raised awareness about the OutOfHome care system and the journey these children face. Along with emphasising just how truly capable these children are, and it is up to us as a community to break the stigma and make a change.
