Funding from the WA Mental Health Commission and NDIS has enabled Tender Care to provide individualised psychosocial support to adults who are struggling with serious mental health difficulties & psychosocial disability. The support has focused on the individual's needs, wants, goals, hopes & dreams. It is recoveryoriented, personcentred, relationshipbased and consistently achieves important outcomes such as healing and recovery of mental health & wellbeing, improved physical health, greater quality of life, reduced stigma, and better connectedness to others and the community. Where needed, support is also provided to the individual's caring family members & friends to sustain them in their vital supportive role. These activities wholly reflect Tender Care's purpose.
