About Holla at Me Foundation LTD

Over the past year, we have expanded our reach, strengthened our purpose, and continued breaking down barriers to mental wellbeing. The board are so grateful to have been supported by our amazing community through donations, attendance at events and merchandise and engagement these funds have been invested in the following programs during the year: Funds continued to be invested in strategic content for our social media platforms to further the reach beyond our local community, and promote our message. Funds were spent delivering 8 mental health education workshops for businesses, sporting clubs and the community. We directly impacted over 300 individuals in the western suburbs, equipping them with knowledge on mental health, selfcare and early intervention strategies. 21 day Reset Journal. Funds were spent in producing our oneofakind wellness journals. This resource offered structured guidance for selfreflection, mindfulness, and emotional resilience, providing individuals with practical tools to support their mental wellbeing in a deeply personal way. We have further impactful tools at concept level to be developed in the future. Women of the West, we financially supported and presented at an event with over 50 attendees. Our contributions went beyond financial support, with a presentation from one of our board, supporting positive mental health strategies and education. Funds were allocated to the production of the long form 8 part documentary series following the Sydney to Melbourne Run. The docuseries exhibited the physical and mental challenges faced and the impact we had on the local regional communities, highlighting that mental health advocacy is lacking in regional communities. Our annual Conquer 4 Twenty Four event impacted 130 people. Funds raised from entrance fees and sponsorship went towards merchandise for each participant and costs associated with various community sites and paying for mental health presenters. The event brought together the community into teams for physical challenges across the local community, fostering new connections and engaging the group in mental wellbeing sessions designed to be a truly holistic approach to mental wellbeing. This raised awareness and provided actionable tools and experiences for participants. We supported 24 for 24 firefighter event which generated national TV coverage with 2 local firefighter community members undertaking 24 challenging tasks over 24 hours to promote mental health during tough times. Mindful May online campaign curated and designed to keep mental health at the forefront with daily prompts, strategies, and interactive content, ensuring engagement beyond inperson events. Ongoing Investment in design and development of new and updated merchandise for the future. Purchased branded merchandise for event participants, gifting/donation to some less fortunate members of the community and for sale.
