Hobsons Bay Wetlands Centre Incorporated

Our vision is to connect people with nature for the benefit of their health and wellbeing and that of the wetlands. Our aims focus on wetlands conservation and education. We achieve this by facilitating guided walks and talks in the wetlands, monitoring bird populations in the Cheetham and Altona Key Biodiversity Area for which we are Guardians. We also facilitate workshops on wetlands topics, conduct citizen science activities and have events such as our Open days to showcase wetlands conservation and provide education to the general public.
