Hobart District Nursing Service provides nursing and inhome aged and community care services to the community through Government and private funding, enabling people to continue to live at home for as long as possible. Our Day Center Program that operates out of the Sorell office offers a variety of social support, health and activities to the broader community, to reduce social isolation and improve connection to the broader community. The onsite Clinic in Moonah offers consumers the opportunity to receive services in a different setting where appropriate.
