We demonstrated how barren degraded pieces of public realm can be regenerated into beautiful gardens that serve as sites for wildlife conservation. We also engaged and educated at every stage of our work, giving hope and sharing positivity so we were not only changing systems of land management in public realm, we were changing how the public perceives and looks after nature in cities.
