Through its ArtistCentred Design approach, Heartdancers has invested in capacitybuilding sessions, fostering multidisciplinary and crosscultural collaboration between First Nations and culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) artists. By providing over $828,261 in income and development opportunities to more than 300 diverse artists and cultural educators, Heartdancers empowers their growth and creative exploration. Its accessible programs, workshops, and events have engaged over 80,000 people, promoting audience development while cultivating unity, respect, and belonging through the power of arts and culture. Transformative Arts and Cultural Programs for Social Impact: For over a decade, Heartdancers has been at the forefront of creating longterm value through the power of arts and culture. We have designed and delivered innovative human centred design arts and cultural programs that tackle some of Australia s, and arguably the world s, most pressing societal challenges: unemployment, discrimination, social and cultural isolation, mental health and wellbeing issues, inequality, and disconnection from nature and the environment. Our unwavering commitment to a longterm strategy focuses on investing in costeffective, worldclass, and scalable programs that embody the principles of education, diversity, inclusion, innovation, and both physical and mental health and wellbeing.
