We delivered a free online Healthy Mind Menu course to provide participants with information and practical tips to apply in their lives and daily habits while improving their mental health literacy. 2. We ran free online mental health group support sessions led by a registered psychologist and/or health care professional each month. 3. We delivered seminars and presentations on mental health at hospitality industry events.
