In 2024, Hayden s Helping Hands continued to support individuals experiencing homelessness and financial hardship across our community. Our programs focused on three key areas: Outreach Programs: Weekly outreach events provided essential items such as food hampers, hygiene products, and thermals to over 500 individuals experiencing homelessness. These initiatives ensured immediate relief for vulnerable community members while fostering connections and trust. Youth Engagement: Our programs empowered youth to lead and participate in meaningful initiatives. Through these opportunities, young people advocated for basic human rights and gained firsthand experience in driving social equity, aligning with our mission to cultivate the next generation of compassionate changemakers. Seasonal Support Initiatives: Special programs, such as the Christmas Hamper and Toy Drive, supported over 200 families during the holiday season. By addressing immediate needs with fresh food and tailored gifts, we helped families celebrate with dignity and joy. These efforts directly contributed to our purpose of alleviating hardship, promoting social equity, and working towards ending homelessness through advocacy, empowerment, and communitydriven solutions.
