Hannah's House WA Inc.

Hannah s House is a notforprofit organisation and NDIS provider dedicated to serving families with children and young people aged from birth to 18 years who experience lifelimiting or complex conditions. We provide holistic support, addressing the physical, mental, and social wellbeing of children, all while emphasising the quality of life and comprehensive support for the entire family. Services at Hannah s House are focused on providing inhome respite to parents/caregivers whilst supporting the complex needs of the child. Hannah's House, through the Pro Bono Program funded by our generous benefactors, supports children discharged from the hospital who face gaps in funding for home care with their families.
