Our charity, Hamerkaz Shelanu Inc., is dedicated to the advancement of religion, education, and the relief of poverty. In 2024, we made significant strides toward achieving these goals through a variety of programs and initiatives aimed at strengthening our community and supporting individuals and families in need. Advancement of Religion We organized numerous Jewish religious activities, including High Holiday services, weekly Shabbat gatherings, and lifecycle events such as Bar and Bat Mitzvah ceremonies. These activities fostered spiritual growth, cultural identity, and community connection, ensuring that Jewish traditions and values are sustained for future generations. Advancement of Education Hamerkaz Shelanu Inc. ran educational programs for children and adults, including Hebrew language classes, Torah study sessions, and youth enrichment activities. These programs equipped participants with a deeper understanding of Jewish heritage, history, and values, empowering them to connect with their faith and community on a meaningful level. Relief of Poverty We supported hundreds of families and individuals facing financial hardship by providing direct assistance such as food hampers, subsidized program fees, and access to essential resources.
