Over that last 12 months, our charity has provided the following services and programs to assist vulnerable and disadvantaged members of our community in line with the aims and objectives of our Constitution: *Free counselling and casework support for vulnerable families and children under the Targeted Early Intervention Program (TEI). *Free weekly supported playgroup for vulnerable families and parents of young children *Free emergency relief service to support vulnerable community members with food and other items *Supported members of our community who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless with casework services/referrals *Supported members of our community suffering with a mental health condition with casework services/referrals
