This initiative helps break the cycle of disadvantage that often leads to marginalisation, exclusion, crime, reoffending, homelessness, and unemployment. Community and Workforce Reintegration: Our programs are designed to enhance job prospects, heighten selfassurance, and improve assimilation into the community. Providing educational resources, mentorship, and support services ensures that the training delivery is accessible, pertinent, and practical. Volunteer Engagement: Green Fox Training Studio has been actively involved in volunteer engagement, communicating with potential volunteers to support our programs. This engagement reflects our commitment to reducing recidivism and providing valuable skills and opportunities to offenders and exoffenders. Innovative Approach to Justice and Rehabilitation: Our focus on dignity, respect, and continuous learning, coupled with handson training, counselling, mentoring, and culturally responsive interventions, fosters positive, prosocial lifestyles and sustainable careers for our participants. This innovative approach sets us apart from traditional punitive measures. Expansion: In 2024, we commenced two new training programs targeting incarcerated youth and women experiencing marginalisation and disadvantage. This expansion reflects our commitment to providing valuable skills and opportunities to a broader demographic. Financial and Operational Highlights: Despite some budgetary challenges, we managed to maintain our operations effectively. Our revenue for the year was over budget, and we successfully reallocated funds to program delivery and content creation. We also collaborated on various projects, contributing to our overall mission.
