By working with relevant land managers to maintain and improve the condition of bush walking and mountain biking trails known as the Great Dividing Trail Network (GDTN). By promoting healthy outdoor activity which involves the use of the GDTN and other bush walking and mountain biking trails. By publishing bushwalking and mountain biking guidebooks for use by Great Dividing Trail Association (GDTA) members and the public. By maintaining a website which includes uptodate information about the condition of bush walking and mountain biking trails within the GDTN. By offering a regular program of guided bush walks and mountain bike rides to disseminate knowledge of about the natural environment and to encourage healthy outdoor activity.
