One of the key achievements of Active Care Network is the provision of over 400,000 community trips, facilitating access to health appointments, shopping, and social engagements. Additionally, the organization has conducted 2,800 garden and home maintenance visits, supporting individuals in maintaining their homes and independence. These efforts have been supported by a dedicated team of over 40 volunteers, reflecting the organization's commitment to service and community engagement. Furthermore, Active Care Network has expanded its services beyond transport, offering programs that support youth, young adults, the elderly, and Indigenous persons.
