Support Services Delivery We provided essential supports under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), including community participation, personal care, supported independent living, and behaviour support. These services were tailored to meet the unique goals of each participant, enabling them to exercise greater choice and control in their daily lives. Culturally Inclusive Care We prioritised the delivery of services that are linguistically and culturally appropriate, particularly for participants from Arabicspeaking, African, and Muslim backgrounds. This helped build trust, reduce barriers to care, and ensure equity in service access core to our mission of inclusivity and community empowerment. Community Engagement and Advocacy Our charity facilitated workshops, support group meetings, and advocacy efforts focused on capacitybuilding for carers and families. These initiatives increased awareness of participants rights and connected individuals to support networks, further promoting longterm wellbeing. Governance and Capacity Building Internally, we strengthened our organisational governance, expanded our staff training programs, and recruited professionals aligned with our values. This investment ensured that our workforce remained equipped to deliver highquality care, upholding both compliance and compassion. OutcomesBased Approach Our service delivery was constantly reviewed against participant goals and outcomes, using both qualitative feedback and formal assessments.
