Graham House Community Centre provides various services and support which have been individually and collectively pursued for the benefit of the Community. This includes the provision of information, advice and referral to internal programs and externally to other community organisations. *Our Services include community development programs, intensive family support, parenting programs, men s behaviour change program for men who have used domestic and family violence, emergency relief, budgeting assistance and no interest loans scheme (NILS). Transport is also provided to transport disadvantaged individuals who are aged and/or have a disability. In 2024, Graham House Community Centre provided $3,303,583 in value of services to our community.
