GV PRIDE is Greater Shepparton s Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex, Queer/Questioning, Asexual + other sexuality/genderdiverse (LGBTIQA+) peerled advocacy and socialsupport organisation located in the Goulburn Valley region. GV PRIDE is a social enterprise providing support services, training and learning opportunities. GV PRIDE offer scholarships, hosts regular information sessions, attend conferences, & provide food & charitable support to those in need. GV PRIDE also assists NDIS participants to explore their best life and connect to community. GV PRIDE coordinate group activities such as brunches, movie nights, 10 pin bowling, coffee catchups, bushwalks, dinners, workshops/forums, homeshopping parties & more. GV PRIDE plan and run trips to major LGBTIQA+ events and festivals (including Shepparton s own OUTintheOPEN Festival). GV PRIDE has a website of online resources and local support services/referral pathways. In addition, we have a library of hardcopy resources and a list of referral points.
