During 2024 Good Samaritan Education provided support for education offered to students and governance personnel in the ten Catholic Good Samaritan schools that it oversees. This was done through the provision of services to support the governance of the schools and through programs of professional development for board directors, principals and staff. The services and programs are designed to develop in participants an understanding of and commitment to the Good Samaritan Philosophy of Education and the associated frameworks for delivery of a contemporary education within a faith based philosophy and understanding of the human person. The Good Samaritan Philosophy of Education places emphasis upon valuing the dignity of each person, a love of learning, an holistic view of education, respect for individual differences, integration of faith and life, appreciation of beauty and the diversity of cultural values, wise stewardship of the earth and its resources, hospitality and the seeking of peace. Good Samaritan Education also provides programs for students in Good Samaritan schools that assist them to contribute to developing inclusive communities and to the development of a strong sense of social justice.
