Global Shapers Community Australia LtdRegistered

As of January 2025, Global Shapers Community Australia Ltd has branches (Hubs) in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra, and the Gold Coast. Each of these Hubs is part of the international Global Shapers Community, which is an initiative of the World Economic Forum. The Global Shapers Community is a network of young people driving dialogue, action and change. In 20234, each of the seven Australian Hubs ran a range of initiatives that engaged young people from all walks of life including the community sector, social enterprise, the environmental sector, politics and government, sport and the arts, industry and academia who are drawn together by their commitment to finding tangible ways to volunteer to improve their local communities. These culminated in our national retreat in the Gold Coast which included a showcase of Hub projects and impact activities. Across Australia throughout the financial year, members met regularly in a close and supportive environment to network, undertake professional development, amplify their social impact, drive initiatives to improve their communities and tap into the World Economic Forum and its resources and networks.
