We launched both Gippsland's first LGBTQIA+ Pride Hub and Mobile Pride Hub Trailer to increase access and opportunity for resource sharing, event activation and reduction of barriers to participation for our community. We conducted community survey to inform LGBQTIA+ representations in our regions and published this resource as the Rainbow Brick Road Report. We facilitated over a dozen low or no cost activations, delivered training and speaking engagements for the advocacy of LGBTQIA+ communities across industry and regions, supported over 3000+ individual enquiries and supported LGBTQIA+ inclusion initiatives across the 6 shires of Gippsland. We established Communities of practice for the empowerment of LGBTQIA+ youth and implemented practical partnered services with other LGBTQIA+ and mainstream organisations.
