GentleWomans Union

Our programmes are tailored to take into consideration concerns that are specifically experienced by women, such as balancing home and work responsibilities and working in male dominated environments. Our key focus is also to provide guidance for career driven women early in their careers and continue that support across the career lifespan. We held a variety of event types, from our iconic large breakfast forum with The International Towers in Barangaroo, to intimate open forum discussions in boardrooms to see what would bring the most change and best value to women. This not only allowed us to grow to over 50 members, but also allowed us to expand our connections to 10 corporate partnerships.
