Generation Australia s mission is to support people facing barriers to employment into thriving, sustainable careers. Our programs directly advanced this mission by delivering free, industryaligned training, mentorship and job placement support to people who are unemployed, underemployed or at risk of unemployment. Our programs are designed in partnership with employers to ensure alignment with real labour market needs; integrating technical training, soft skills development, mentorship and personalised wraparound support. We support individuals from diverse backgrounds including youth, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, people with disabilities, women and parents reentering the workforce and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) communities to access careers in high growth industries such as technology and care & support services. We help participants not only gain relevant skills and certifications but also transition successfully into employment, with strong job placement outcomes and high participant satisfaction. Our focus on continuous improvement ensures that our programs remain responsive, effective, and inclusive delivering real impact for our participants, employers, and the broader community.
