Future Vision Foundation encourages and supports the research efforts of Vision Eye Institute staff and associated clinicians. This includes staff with littletono formal research experience but who are keen to improve diagnosis, treatments and/or healthcare experiences for patients with eye conditions. In 2024, the Board of Future Vision Foundation approved grants be paid to 8 applicants to undertake their research projects which all relate to innovative research to improve patient outcomes and healthcare experiences within clinical ophthalmology .
