Promote participation and active engagement of diverse Arts & Culture based activities which strengthen the cultural fabric of our Central Coast community, activating acceptance through inclusion, and engaging happenings as we present diverse, local and visiting artists to local & visiting audiences through various creative endeavours. 2 Create a community of Audience & Artist; Attract new as well as returning audiences & Artists across all demographics. 3. Target diversity as the norm, promoting the visibility and voices of marginalized people including women, LGBTIQ, Aboriginal and Torres Strait and folks with disabilities via increased exposure. 4. Provide pathways & lead social change through creating & delivering diverse & inclusive arts culture. 5. Be a notfor profit, charitable organisation that does not operate for the profit, personal gain or other benefit of people such as the charity s members, employees, responsible persons or their friends or relatives. 6. Deliver positive impact across urban vitality, civic pride, social cohesion, community engagement & development of local creative ecology. We have delivered unprecidented community buyin, with over 20,000 participants across live music, theatre, cabaret, film, literary, youth and seniors events. 2 festivals where also delivered and we have set the foundations for Gosford on the east Coast Touring map. Operating now out of Gosford (Australia's number 1 city for business failure) we are activating vibrancy, building community trust and opening safe spaces and community utelisation in a place highlighting the ramifications of multigenerational neglect.
