About Fostering Hope Community LTD
We provided pastoral care, fellowship, and practical support to foster and kinship carers so they could maintain the placements of the children in their homes. We operated a mentoring program for children growing up in out of home care in Tasmania. We engaged with the government and stakeholders to improve the out of home care sector in Tasmania. We recruited and supported new foster, kinship, and respite carers.
