First Light supports and advocates for widowed people, with informed programs and resources that improve mental wellbeing, build resilience, facilitate community connection and reduce feelings of isolation, loneliness and hopelessness. We achieve our mission through online and in person peer support groups; conferences and seminars that feature motivational speakers, information presentations, interactive workshops, and community building activities; online and hard copy practical information and resources; and links to a wide collaborative network of external support organisations.
