The vision of the Findex Community Fund (the Fund) is to create equal access to opportunity for people isolated by location or circumstance, through programs which are regionally relevant, nationally impactful and globally scalable. The giving strategy of the Fund has three components: (1) Community Donating our community donating will see us give back to the communities that are the lifeblood of Findex's (the founder of the Fund) business; (2) Partner Charity the Fund will partner with a selection of Australian charities dedicated to making a difference in health and wellbeing, learning and education and community resilience; and (3) Workplace Giving the Fund will provide capped matched giving towards charities that are supported under workplace giving. To achieve our overall mission and main aims, during the 2024 reporting period, we connected with and supported charities delivering programs that are aligned with our focus areas: (1) Health and wellbeing improving the lives and wellbeing of patients and their carers; (2) Learning and education extending the learning of young and disadvantaged people to help them achieve their potential; and (3) Community resilience supporting communities and those vulnerable to empower people and create sustainable communities.
