The main aims of Fairhaven are to provide supported employment, support accommodation and community participation to people living with disability primarily on the central coast. To achieve our main aims, we operate two Australian Disability Enterprises Fairhaven CoPack which employs around 100 supported staff living with disability and the Op Shopping village at Point Clare that employs 10 supported staff living with disability. Fairhaven continues to provide 20 people living with disability with supported accommodation at Booker Bay & Kincumber and provides support to members of the community living with disability through personal care, supported independent living, social outings and skills development. Fairhaven also provides school leavers living with disabilities with work experience programs and support to transition to work.
