Fairbridge and registered College(s) provide a holistic approach to secondary education for disengaged youth, with pathways created through our registered training organisation and facilities to provide vocational training for young people that engages them in lifelong learning through practical work experiences. This strategy empowers students to become responsible adults who can make a positive contribution to their families and the communities in gaining sustainable employment. We offer opportunities through curriculum based school camp experiences for young people to develop their skills, confidence and enhance their selfesteem, whilst acquiring a positive sense of self and community belonging. Fairbridge actively promote and provide opportunities for young people to immerse themselves in culture and in the history of the land, the heritage of its buildings and the stories of its people.
