Fair Game's programs aim to improve long term health outcomes by; reducing the incidence of preventable and communicable disease building social cohesion and improving mental wellbeing promoting and supporting behavioural change to adopt healthy lifestyle choices In 2024 we engaged thousands of participants across Western Australia in fitness and health education programs with the goal of improving long term health outcomes and reducing inequity in access to healthy lifestyle choices. This included weekly after school Game On! sessions in the regional centres of South Hedland, Broome and Kununurra. In addition, we provided sports equipment to underserviced communities (on a needs basis) to enable access to healthy lifestyle choices. This included equipment to children in low income families through the Equip Me For Sport program, providing equipment for children to participate in club sport. Finally, we provided training, leadership and volunteering opportunities for our active volunteer base of over 120 young Australians, empowering them to become active citizens in the eradication of poverty and lifestylerelated diseases.
