The Eyre Peninsula Old Folks Home is a nonprofit organisation established for charitable and benevolent purposes including: (a) the provision of permanent accommodation for aged persons; (b) providing temporary, shortterm and longterm accommodation for aged persons; (c) providing other aged care services (as determined by the Board from time to time) for aged persons; and (d) to acquire and manage property and any other asset vested in the Home to support or enhance the delivery of aged care services to aged persons.
