We organised yoga and wellness retreats specifically designed for veterans, offering a supportive and peaceful environment for healing and personal growth. Our retreats emphasised the integration of mindful movement, meditation, and relaxation techniques to help veterans reconnect with themselves and one another. Participants enjoyed a range of activities, including guided yoga sessions, workshops on stress management, and discussions about mental health. Each retreat was crafted to foster camaraderie, resilience, and a sense of belonging among veterans, facilitating a transformative experience that nurtured both body and mind. The Celebration of Service funding we received in 2023 was delivered in August 2024.
